Supported employment and employment preparation
FAIM works with individuals to prepare them for the workforce, and provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job duties.
Once an individual from FAIM enters the workforce, they are supported by a FAIM job coach (funded by FAIM). The job coach is there to guide and mentor the individual, and ensure the highest possible quality of work.
The High River branch also offers lawn care and maintenance, snow removal, residential and business cleaning and flyer deliver to local businesses.
