Elected to the Board in 2016
Vince is grateful to have been born and raised on a mixed farming operation in Southern Alberta. He first left home to obtain a business degree and cut his teeth in the financial industry for twelve years. Following a return to University and a second degree he made a career change and spent the rest of his vocational pursuit in the human services sector. He is very honoured and privileged to have spent 25 years supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
He retired from the Foothills A.I.M. Society in 2016 and is very proud of the accomplishments he and his tremendous team achieved during his tenure. His hobbies now include golfing, walking, reading and volunteerism.
Currently, Vince serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors and is pleased to participate in the continued governance of this extra-ordinary association. He remains steadfast in the belief that all persons are valued members of society and that embracing diversity has much to teach us. Being of service to those in need remains his highest honour.
