Michelle was lucky enough to be recruited right out of high school to work at the Foothills A.I.M. Society. She has worked at the Foothills A.I.M. for over 15 years in various positions, starting with being a front-line staff, then moving into the Job Developer position, followed by becoming a Team Leader. She’s currently enjoying her position as the Employment and Day Services Manager of the High River branch.
When Michelle’s not working, she enjoys time with her daughter, family and friends. She has a passion for arts of all kinds and explores them daily.
Michelle enjoys this line of work because she finds the people at the Foothills A.I.M. Society to be very friendly and welcoming. She firmly believes people with disabilities have gifts and attributes to offer society and that we must do our best to show the world that these gifts are useful.
