Lisa has been working at AIM since June, 2016 as the Fundraising and Communications Coordinator, which is a brand new position at the society.
She has a degree in Communications, with a Major in Journalism and is excited to apply her past experience as a writer and news reporter to this new role, with the hopes of better spreading the great message AIM has to share.
When she’s not at work, Lisa is busy running her photography company, and is also on the Board of Directors for the High River Pickleball Club. She enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her husband and two Labradors.
Having no previous experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, Lisa was blown away by how amazing our individuals are. She loves working with people with disabilities because she likes getting to know all their unique personalities and likes seeing AIM help them reach their greatest potentials.
