Arlene previously worked at Foothills A.I.M. Society as a Front line and Outreach worker in 2008. She is very passionate about the rights of adults with disabilities. As a graduate of the Mount Royal University Communications program Arlene has based her educational pathway to be able to continue to work in the not for profit sector.

Arlene understands the power of communication and storytelling in helping create understanding and opportunities of community inclusivity for the clients of Foothills A.I.M Society. She is thankful for the opportunity to continue to build upon the great work of the communications role within Foothills A.I.M. Society and will continue to strive to share the Foothills A.I.M. brand, story and to highlight the great accomplishments being achieved by both staff and clients alike.
